Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lisandro Nuñez got the match started through his kick off. Dario Astigar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Mundo in the 12th minute of play. Dario Astigar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimundo Goyo, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute of the match Los Delfines got a corner. SAN LORENZO FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Raimundo Goyo ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Raimundo Goyo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dario Astigar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Honorio Eder hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute, Daniel Abeitia made a precise shot to the right of Dario Astigar. SAN LORENZO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The throw-in from Hilario Asteri in the 26th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by SAN LORENZO FC's Artur Quintas. After a rather tough play, SAN LORENZO FC's Rafael Tiniebra got a free kick in the 27th minute. Raimundo Goyo, 28 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a rather tough play, SAN LORENZO FC's Rafael Tiniebra got a free kick in the 31st minute. After recieving a nice pass, Los Delfines's Raimundo Goyo tried to score from far away in the 32nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, SAN LORENZO FC's Dalmacio Gaitano got a free kick in the 36th minute. 39 minutes into the game, one of Los Delfines:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Daniel Abeitias short, quick shot in the 42ndth minute got Dario Astigar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Daniel Abeitia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

A collision led to SAN LORENZO FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Marcelo Michael hit a great ball. Los Delfines's Raimundo Goyo got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marciano Mundo took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dario Astigar. Dario Astigar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Los Delfines's Saverio Regis was substituted for Daniel Abeitia. Los Delfines made a substitution. Victor Jerrold replaced Timoteo Firmo. Los Delfines's Lucas Urbez was substituted for Marciano Mundo. Matías Patrone made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Lisandro Nuñez sent off a good shot on target. Dario Astigar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Los Delfines fans cheered their team off the field, for while SAN LORENZO FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
