Cipriano Urbasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eloy Aznar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute Guansa were awarded a corner. Mădălin Brăescu went to the cornerflag to take it. When Ruperto Bide came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Gunners fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ruperto Bide couldn't finish the play. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guansa's goalkeeper Esteban José Andrada, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eloy Aznar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cipriano Urbasa having to interfere. If Anselmo Txilar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cipriano Urbasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pompiliu Teofil in the 27th minute of play. Esteban José Andrada made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Ruperto Bide sent off a good shot on target. If Anselmo Txilar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Guansa's Jerzy Banach got a free kick in the 39th minute. Mauricio Mingo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leon Lobo got a throw-in 41 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Yuan Lin Shi. In the 43rd minute, Aaron Sandalio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Ruperto Bide's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Esteban José Andrada read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Esteban José Andrada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruperto Bide in the 61st minute of play. Eloy Aznar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cipriano Urbasa having to make a save. After 65 played minutes Guansa got a freekick which was hit by Leon Lobo. Esteban José Andrada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruperto Bide, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the match, Gunners's goalkeeper Cipriano Urbasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eloy Aznar. Cipriano Urbasa made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Aaron Sandalio sent off a good shot on target. After 74 played minutes Guansa got a freekick which was hit by Leon Lobo. After 76 played minutes Gunners got a freekick which was hit by Eustacio Farias. Ruperto Bide might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Esteban José Andrada. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ruperto Bide ran back to his position shaking his head. José Carlos Gaspar kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. After having played for 97 minutes, Mauricio Mingo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gunners's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauricio Mingo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
