Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Gunners's Ruperto Bide started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute of the match Gunners got a corner. Beaumont FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mauricio Mingo ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 8 minutes of play, Beaumont FC's Faustão Costa made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cipriano Urbasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cipriano Urbasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faustão Costa in the 13th minute of the match. Faustão Costa took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cipriano Urbasa. Cipriano Urbasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Şanver Deniz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giorgos Kretsos in the 19th minute of play. Gunners's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mauricio Mingo in the 21st minute. After taking down the ball on Gunners's corner Mauricio Mingo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Şanver Deniz quite easily take care of the ball. Şanver Deniz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Muhittin Tuyuğ in the 22nd minute. In the 33rd minute Faustão Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Urbasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Saturnino Oriol in the 42nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Gunners's Ildefonso Kismi. In the 43rd match minute, Beaumont FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roddie Griesck to maneuver through the defense. Muhittin Tuyuğ blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Şanver Deniz having to make a save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Faustão Costa was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Faustão Costa got free with Cipriano Urbasa in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Faustão Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Şanver Deniz came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Gunners's Ruperto Bide. But to his dismay, Ruperto Bide quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Ruperto Bide might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Şanver Deniz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ruperto Bide ran back to his position shaking his head. Şanver Deniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruperto Bide, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 78 minutes into the match, Beaumont FC's Faustão Costa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cipriano Urbasa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Beaumont FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Roddie Griesck in the 79th minute. When Giorgos Kretsos fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gunners's protests and gave Giorgos Kretsos a yellow card for diving instead. When Joaquin Lonzo came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Beaumont FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquin Lonzo couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Gunners's Eneko Lillo got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute, Roddie Griesck sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Gunners's Cipriano Urbasa didn't even have to move.
