The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the match, Coghlan FC's goalkeeper Hermengildo Santana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hıdır Namal. Hermengildo Santana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hıdır Namal in the 6th minute of play. Rene Aires in the 7thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hermengildo Santana, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hermengildo Santana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rene Aires in the 9th minute. Oscar Gorbea hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute, Coghlan FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hıdır Namal fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rene Aires in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hermengildo Santana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rene Aires got free with Hermengildo Santana in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rene Aires took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hermengildo Santana. Hermengildo Santana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Baškim Sumulikovski scored 4-0 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hermengildo Santana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Coghlan FC's Silverio Bilbo got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Rene Aires sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hermengildo Santana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rene Aires, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute Rene Aires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermengildo Santana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Coghlan FC's Hermengildo Santana got control of the ball when Baškim Sumulikovski tried to sneak it across the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Salvador Endira was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Igor Salamon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Coghlan FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Loco De Remate the free kick. In the 52nd minute, Rene Aires got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hermengildo Santana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rene Aires went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Rene Aires might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hermengildo Santana. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rene Aires ran back to his position shaking his head. Hermengildo Santana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Aires, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Hermengildo Santana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Aires in the 63rd minute of play. Rene Aires sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Loco De Remate made a substitution. Isaac Chayo replaced Hıdır Namal. 72 minutes in the game Igor Salamon did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Oscar Gorbea. Rene Aires might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hermengildo Santana. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 76th minute, Rene Aires made a precise shot to the right of Hermengildo Santana. Coghlan FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Loco De Remate's Clodoveo Christobal was substituted for Rene Aires. 81 minutes into the match, Coghlan FC's goal looked a bit too open when Clodoveo Christobal came free, but Hermengildo Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clodoveo Christobal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hermengildo Santana having to make a save. In the 95th minute of the match Loco De Remate got a corner. Coghlan FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leandro Virila ran over to the corner to take the kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Isaac Chayo advanced and headed the ball into goal, 7-0 in the 95th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Loco De Remate had played much better football throughout.
