NECKER49's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alessio Borrelli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 14th minute, Alessio Borrelli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Delfines fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. If Alessio Borrelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 23rd match minute, Los Delfines was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Belmiro da Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. Los Delfines's Matías Patrone proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Los Delfines from getting a goal against them. After 26 minutes Los Delfines's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Francisco Jakobe who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Francisco Jakobe almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Los Delfines's Matías Patrone did a great save. The audience was convinced that Víctor Franco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matías Patrone was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Maximino Hitz came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Delfines's Alessio Borrelli. But to his dismay, Alessio Borrelli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. If Saverio Regis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alessio Borrelli made a kick off. Dani Cáceres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Hitz having to interfere. In the 56th minute Alessio Borrelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Hitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the game, Björn-Torben Kappel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. NECKER49's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Delfines the free kick. After a rather tough play, NECKER49's Sten Vallman got a free kick in the 60th minute. Los Delfines made a substitution. Lucas Urbez replaced Alessio Borrelli. Los Delfines's Victor Jerrold was substituted for Ambrosio Bartolome. Sten Vallman kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Lucas Urbez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maximino Hitz having to make a save. NECKER49's Maximino Hitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Urbez in the 63rd minute of play. Matías Patrone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oriano Junco in the 65th minute of the match. Matías Patrone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sten Vallman in the 67th minute of play. NECKER49's Isidoro Fagondo was substituted for Francisco Jakobe. A well-hit corner resulted in Hilario Asteri heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 74 minutes into the match, Los Delfines's Lucas Urbez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximino Hitz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Maximino Hitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Urbez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximino Hitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucas Urbez's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Maximino Hitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Urbez in the 92nd minute of the match. The throw-in from Björn-Torben Kappel in the 93rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Los Delfines's Benê Møltov. Lucas Urbez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximino Hitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play.
