The PLUMIN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bartolo Basualdo was the one to do the kick off. Placido Cordarell charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Placido Cordarell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. But to his dismay, Cirilo Salvino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. 62 minutes into the match, Coghlan FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolo Basualdo came free, but Hermengildo Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Coghlan FC defense, Cirilo Salvino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hermengildo Santana. The Coghlan FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hermengildo Santana should have stopped the shot. The PLUMIN fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when PLUMIN's Bartolo Basualdo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. PLUMIN made a substitution. Simon Ferrer replaced Cirilo Salvino. 72 minutes into the match, Coghlan FC's goalkeeper Hermengildo Santana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Simon Ferrer. After a rather tough play, Coghlan FC's Rosendo Domingues got a free kick in the 93rd minute. 93 minutes into the match, PLUMIN's Jonas Orlondon broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Hermengildo Santana made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Simon Ferrer sent off a good shot on target. The Coghlan FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. PLUMIN were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
