Coghlan FC's Ahmet Bülent Özgur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Coghlan FC from getting a goal against them. A sloppy throw-in by Baldomiro Maurino in the 15th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Pan FC's Ambrosio Opilano. In the 19th minute Pan FC were awarded a corner. Esteve Cordarrel went to the cornerflag to take it. Ambrosio Opilano was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 19th minute Ambrosio Opilano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Bülent Özgur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pan FC's 许明卫 got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sebastian Quirce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Cordeal, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute 许明卫 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Bülent Özgur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When 许明卫 came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Pan FC fans jumped to their feet. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

During this time Pan FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Esteve Cordarrel almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Coghlan FC's Ahmet Bülent Özgur did a great save. In the 70thth minute of the game Arnaldo Urtzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Coghlan FC's Ahmet Bülent Özgur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 70 minutes, Baldomiro Maurino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Coghlan FC and the Pan FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Coghlan FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Esteve Cordarrel ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Esteve Cordarrel almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Coghlan FC's Ahmet Bülent Özgur did a great save. When the referee ended the match the Pan FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
