Pan FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Esteve Cordarrel in the 14th minute. Pan FC's Esteve Cordarrel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ahmet Bülent Özgur in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ramond Abila could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Sebastian Quirce made a huge save. The supporters of Coghlan FC booed when Pan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Klucznik didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Ivan Ourente from long distance, 19 minutes into the match, got Sebastian Quirce's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 22nd minute, 许明卫 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pan FC's Ambrosio Opilano was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ahmet Bülent Özgur in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 许明卫 was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Urtzi in the 66th minute of play forced Coghlan FC's goalkeeper Ahmet Bülent Özgur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Coghlan FC's goalkeeper Ahmet Bülent Özgur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arnaldo Urtzi. Ahmet Bülent Özgur was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Arnaldo Urtzi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. The Coghlan FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Pan FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Pan FC.
