An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Huyghebaert in the 20th minute of play forced Los Muchachos del 86's goalkeeper Atahan Balon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atahan Balon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jardel Baggio's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. When Jardel Baggio came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the ITAFUT 4EVER fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jardel Baggio couldn't finish the play. Niklas Bergdal hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. The long shot by Cristian Urtzi in the 61st minute really tested Nilson Peres's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The ITAFUT 4EVER players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
