Esbjörn Tunander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ITAFUT 4EVER. With an all-out effort, ITAFUT 4EVER's Esbjörn Tunander threw himself towards the right post 41 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from João Vítor Porto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 44 minutes into the match, ITAFUT 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Philip Åkerman came free, but Nilson Peres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jardel Baggio was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Jean-Paul Møffelmand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esbjörn Tunander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Jardel Baggio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ITAFUT 4EVER fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Jardel Baggio scored 3-1 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Esbjörn Tunander, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. ITAFUT 4EVER made a substitution.
