Keno De Bruyne started the match with the kick off. After 5 played minutes Dum Dum Boys Athletics got a freekick which was hit by Dag Liseth. The supporters of Green Hell F.C. booed when Dum Dum Boys Athletics was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dag Liseth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alkis Semertzidis got a throw-in 16 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Christian Vieri. If Christian Vieri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Keno De Bruyne came free with the goalkeeper in the 21st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Fernando Prassov could save by the left post. Trond Bjørheim came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Green Hell F.C.'s Christian Vieri. But to his dismay, Christian Vieri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Christian Vieri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Trond Bjørheim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Trond Bjørheim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Vieri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, Dum Dum Boys Athletics's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Vieri came free, but Trond Bjørheim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute of the game Alberigo Balzani made a throw-in which Sándor Fenyvessy played forward. Green Hell F.C.'s attentive Alain Duarte managed to snatch the ball when Dag Liseth made a throw-in in the 39th minute of the game. In the 41st minute, Alberigo Balzani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dum Dum Boys Athletics's Keno De Bruyne got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Christian Vieri to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Green Hell F.C.'s Christian Vieri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Trond Bjørheim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 57 minutes, Christian Vieri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Green Hell F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Vieri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adrian Svanberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernando Prassov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Christian Vieri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Trond Bjørheim made a huge save. Fernando Prassov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Svanberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fernando Prassov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Keno De Bruyne in the 76th minute of play. Radomil Ogrodowicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Trond Bjørheim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Green Hell F.C. getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. 郝翀珂 hit a great ball. 94 minutes into the match, Green Hell F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Svanberg came free, but Fernando Prassov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Green Hell F.C. eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
