In the 13th minute, Biagio Malinconico ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jefferson de Moraes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 26 minutes into the match, Araçá F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Biagio Malinconico came free, but Jefferson de Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Joélson de Sousa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnoldo Leicea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jefferson de Moraes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Biagio Malinconico went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Yasser Ramzy charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
