Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Remy Van Eyken started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes into the match, The Hell's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Slaghmeulders came free, but Arnoldo Leicea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnoldo Leicea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remy Van Eyken in the 7th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Biagio Malinconico got free with Fabian Söderström in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arnoldo Leicea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remy Van Eyken in the 13th minute of the match. Remy Van Eyken's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnoldo Leicea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Haithabu FC's Remy Van Eyken sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnoldo Leicea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fabian Söderström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Charlie Harper in the 21st minute. A collision led to Haithabu FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Conrad Vrolijcx hit a great ball. When Haithabu FC's Remy Van Eyken in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye The Hell's goalie prevented a goal. 37 minutes into the match, The Hell's goal looked a bit too open when Remy Van Eyken came free, but Arnoldo Leicea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 39 minutes, Remy Van Eyken made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. The Hell's Arnoldo Leicea tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Flavio Morros to make the kick off. A collision led to The Hell getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Flavio Morros hit a great ball. Remy Van Eyken recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Conrad Vrolijcx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Arnoldo Leicea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Remy Van Eyken's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnoldo Leicea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Remy Van Eyken got free with Arnoldo Leicea in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lucas Martínez Quarta lost his temper 60 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Flavio Morros did an outstanding performance 62 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 1-1 to the right of an irritated Fabian Söderström in the goal. Conrad Vrolijcx recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 71 minutes, Conrad Vrolijcx managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Haithabu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Conrad Vrolijcx was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arnoldo Leicea made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Conrad Vrolijcx sent off a good shot on target. Haithabu FC made a substitution. Adrian Astigar replaced Simon Blomquist. 78 minutes in the game Harold Van Cruchten did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Marc Van Beets. Arnoldo Leicea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Conrad Vrolijcx in the 84th minute. The Hell's Ahmed Saeed was substituted for Charlie Harper. Haithabu FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Conrad Vrolijcx in the 87th minute. Conrad Vrolijcx made a great header on Haithabu FC's corner, it was just that The Hell's Arnoldo Leicea managed to reach the ball for a save. Marc Van Beetss short, quick shot in the 87thth minute got Arnoldo Leicea to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Arnoldo Leicea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conrad Vrolijcx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Conrad Vrolijcx managed to get in a good position for a shot. Haithabu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Conrad Vrolijcx was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnoldo Leicea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
