Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Clodoveo Hanot kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, Chris Nygaard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Clodoveo Hanot sped through Denmark's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Keld Paulsen. In the 10th match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Bendtsen to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Alex Team booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bjarne Kirkegaard didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Sergiu Zbârnea came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Alex Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergiu Zbârnea couldn't finish the play. Niculae Dănășel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 22nd match minute, Alex Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ilie Baican to maneuver through the defense. Virgil Gane hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Lars Steen hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute Clodoveo Hanot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denmark's Simon Bendtsen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ştefan Ghiorman in the 34 minute of the game. After 36 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Bertram Svenningsen. Mikkel Wulff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niculae Dănășel having to interfere. Zbyszko Falkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Hanot in the 48th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chris Nygaard was the one to do the kick off. After 64 played minutes Mikkel Wulff rounded Alex Team's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbyszko Falkiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Alex Team's Clodoveo Hanot. But to his dismay, Clodoveo Hanot quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Niculae Dănășel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris Nygaard in the 76th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Clodoveo Hanot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the game, Ştefan Ghiorman threw the ball into play from the sideline. Denmark's Simon Bendtsen quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 83rd minute of the game Ştefan Ghiorman made a throw-in which Zbyszko Falkiewicz played forward. Chris Nygaard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Niculae Dănășel made a huge save. Alex Team's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
