Inocencio Oidor made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Magno Pernambucano sent off a good shot on target. 67 minutes into the game, Magno Pernambucano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EC Bahia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave alfa the free kick. After a rather tough play, EC Bahia's Magno Pernambucano got a free kick in the 68th minute. 72 minutes into the match, EC Bahia's Dráuzio de Godoi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Inocencio Oidor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the EC Bahia defense, Leopoldo Gagriel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zé Augusto de Brito. The EC Bahia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zé Augusto de Brito should have stopped the shot. Inocencio Oidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dráuzio de Godoi in the 89th minute of play. Andres Lehior blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zé Augusto de Brito having to make a save. Zé Augusto de Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Gagriel in the 94th minute of the match. alfa's Inocencio Oidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dráuzio de Godoi in the 97th minute of play.
