With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristiano Prata prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Milosz Paciuszko might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristiano Prata. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Milosz Paciuszko ran back to his position shaking his head. Corinthians Paulista's Cristiano Prata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Gotfryd in the 27th minute of play. Dieguinho Marinho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Szczepan Marek made a huge save. The throw-in from Ciriaco Dalmai in the 32nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Corinthians Paulista's Fábio do Valle. Cristiano Prata came out and tried to block the shot, but Klement Ciempa slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 95th minute. When the final whistle sounded Robotnicy left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Corinthians Paulista.
