The referee ignored Quitilipi's protests and gave Maximo Loco a yellow card for diving instead. In the 40th match minute, Quitilipi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximo Loco to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute of the match Severino Sazon sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Segundo Hartz skillfully saved the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Ubaldo Locaio kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Astor Fidencio charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Astor Fidencio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Astor Fidencio hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. 70 minutes into the match, Teofilo Tercero notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of La Guardia Imperial's Antonio Florinio. Antonio Florinio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Quitilipi had played much better football throughout.
