When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Eustaquio Jaizki took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Segundo Hartz to make any attempt to save it. Segundo Hartz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paolo Caradaro in the 11th minute. In the 14th minute, Teofilo Tercero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgard Barros scored 2-0 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Segundo Hartz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 20th minute, Paolo Caradaro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Segundo Hartz was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Aquiles Oihenarte's late challenge caught a Quitilipi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aquiles Oihenarte helped the player get up and apologised. In the 23rd match minute, Club Atlético Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquiles Oihenarte to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the match, Edgard Barros dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Segundo Hartz, 4-0. 27 minutes into the match, Eustaquio Jaizki notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Quitilipi's Segundo Hartz. Segundo Hartz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Quitilipi's Segundo Hartz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Jaizki in the 32nd minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Teofilo Tercero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Carlos Germano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 39 minutes into the match, Eustaquio Jaizki notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Quitilipi's Segundo Hartz. Segundo Hartz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eustaquio Jaizki was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Club Atlético Atlanta getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Edgard Barros hit a great ball. Abel Iban's late challenge caught a Quitilipi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Segundo Hartz came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético Atlanta's Eustaquio Jaizki. But to his dismay, Eustaquio Jaizki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. In the 65th match minute, Club Atlético Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Artaldo to maneuver through the defense. Quitilipi's Segundo Hartz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Jaizki in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Pedro Rojelio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atlético Atlanta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1. Edgard Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Segundo Hartz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Quitilipi booed when Club Atlético Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Rojelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Paolo Caradaro got a free kick in the 96th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Club Atlético Atlanta fully deserved thier win.
