Seating: 2369, VIP seats: 206) Mehat Kovaçi made the kick off and thus started the match. Sebastian Käller scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marjus Laçka, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 10th minute of the game Sven-Oskar Carlsson made a throw-in which Doug Traoré played forward. After 11 minutes of play, Sweden's Sebastian Käller made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marjus Laçka was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sweden's Gustaf Eklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehat Kovaçi in the 15th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Nderim Pepo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gustaf Eklund was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. In the 25thth minute of the game Nderim Pepo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sweden's Gustaf Eklund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sebastian Käller struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Marjus Laçka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sweden. In the 46th minute of the match Sweden got a corner. Albania's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joacim Hansson ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Fredric Hybbert almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Albania's Marjus Laçka did a great save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Käller in the 51st minute of play forced Albania's goalkeeper Marjus Laçka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on Sweden's corner Joacim Hansson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marjus Laçka quite easily take care of the ball. There was no doubt that Sweden were the better team. Sweden's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
