An unexpectedly hard shot by Caco Valadares in the 11th minute of play forced Keszi Athletic's goalkeeper Dénes Medgyesi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 12 played minutes Templários MZC got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Correia. Nuno Correia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Dénes Medgyesi made a huge save. Luiz Gustavo Eger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Krisztián Erdei, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Romário Garcia's late challenge caught a Keszi Athletic's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romário Garcia helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Templários MZC's Romário Garcia got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute Caco Valadares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dénes Medgyesi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Keszi Athletic's Dénes Medgyesi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Keszi Athletic from getting a goal against them. Templários MZC's Luiz Gustavo Eger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by György Hidegkúti in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Templários MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Krisztián Erdei came free, but Luiz Gustavo Eger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Templários MZC's Jânio de Barros got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giovanni Custódio in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dénes Medgyesi saved Keszi Athletic from getting behind. Mátyás Sáfár charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mátyás Sáfár the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a little luck, Keszi Athletic's Dénes Medgyesi got control of the ball when Jânio de Barros tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 43rd match minute, Templários MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romário Nóbrega to maneuver through the defense. Luiz Gustavo Eger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flórián Novák in the 44th minute of the match. Krisztián Erdei took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luiz Gustavo Eger. Luiz Gustavo Eger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

After some careless play in the Templários MZC defense, Flórián Novák kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luiz Gustavo Eger. The Templários MZC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luiz Gustavo Eger should have stopped the shot. Luiz Gustavo Eger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dániel Ábrahám, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luiz Gustavo Eger yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. After 97 played minutes Keszi Athletic got a freekick which was hit by György Csordás. In the 97th minute of the match Nuno Correia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dénes Medgyesi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
