If Florian Wicherek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cosmos Soccer Club's Bruce Nesbitt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Terasek in the 27th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Alfred Terasek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bruce Nesbitt was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. In the 30th match minute, Cosmos Soccer Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Monte Leary to maneuver through the defense. Cosmos Soccer Club's Bruce Nesbitt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbyszko Kolano in the 31st minute of play. When Wilford Shipp fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cosmos Soccer Club's protests and gave Wilford Shipp a yellow card for diving instead. In the 34th minute, Zbyszko Szkaradek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruce Nesbitt was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 37 played minutes MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC got a freekick which was hit by Wincenty Cichowski. Wincenty Cichowski took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruce Nesbitt. Bruce Nesbitt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 48 minutes into the match, Cosmos Soccer Club's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Terasek came free, but Bruce Nesbitt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Wincenty Cichowski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bruce Nesbitt came out and tried to block the shot, but Wincenty Cichowski slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 54th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Wincenty Cichowski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bruce Nesbitt. That made the score 0-4 in the 57 minute of play. Dante Paquette scored 1-4 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leszek Przybyciel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Cosmos Soccer Club's Wilford Shipp in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC's goalie prevented a goal. Cosmos Soccer Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilford Shipp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Cosmos Soccer Club supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC's performance. The match ended with a win for MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC.
