Leon Turek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Itajaí Football Club. Luís Paulo de Castro hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Itajaí Football Club's Paulo Mattos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mieszko Budrewicz in the 6th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, KS Bozywerek's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos de Moraes came free, but Leon Turek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute, Jailson de Senna reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Leon Turek. The goal made the score 1-0. A collision led to KS Bozywerek getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Norbert Patrylo hit a great ball. Paulo Mattos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Radomir Zworski went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, KS Bozywerek's Igor Madej got a free kick in the 20th minute. After a defensive mix-up in KS Bozywerek's zone, Rubens Pinheiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leon Turek came out of the goal and Rubens Pinheiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leon Turek made an important save on a dangerous shot by André Piovezan in the 26th minute. The supporters of Itajaí Football Club booed when KS Bozywerek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Madej didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 30 played minutes KS Bozywerek got a freekick which was hit by Norbert Patrylo. The audience thought a goal was coming when André Piovezan got free with Leon Turek in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 34 minutes of play, KS Bozywerek's Norbert Glembin made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulo Mattos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Itajaí Football Club's Paulo Mattos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norbert Glembin in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, KS Bozywerek's goal looked a bit too open when André Piovezan came free, but Leon Turek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Itajaí Football Club's Leon Turek threw himself towards the right post 41 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from André Luís King, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Radomir Zworski took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulo Mattos. Paulo Mattos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After the first half KS Bozywerek were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

51 minutes into the match, Itajaí Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Mieszko Budrewicz came free, but Paulo Mattos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leon Turek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jailson de Senna in the 52nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Itajaí Football Club's Hortêncio Fontes got a free kick in the 54th minute. 57 minutes into the game, Radomir Zworski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Paulo Mattos. Radomir Zworski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Itajaí Football Club's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Mieszko Budrewicz 60 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-5. 63 minutes into the match, KS Bozywerek's goal looked a bit too open when Jailson de Senna came free, but Leon Turek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, KS Bozywerek's Mieszko Budrewicz got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 67th minute Mieszko Budrewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Mattos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Piovezan in the 68th minute of play forced KS Bozywerek's goalkeeper Leon Turek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers André Piovezan in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leon Turek saved KS Bozywerek from getting behind. In the 76th minute, André Luís King left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Itajaí Football Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. After 79 minutes, Norbert Patrylo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KS Bozywerek and the Itajaí Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 80th match minute, KS Bozywerek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norbert Patrylo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Piovezan in the 81st minute of play forced KS Bozywerek's goalkeeper Leon Turek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leon Turek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Piovezan, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Leon Turek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Piovezan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Radomir Zworski kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers André Piovezan in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leon Turek saved KS Bozywerek from getting behind. The Itajaí Football Club manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing KS Bozywerek to win.
