No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Roger Leal made the kick off in the second half. Paolo Bur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 69 minutes of play, Real Cruzeiro FC's Edgar da Costa made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guillaume Vittiger was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 74th match minute, Real Cruzeiro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natã Madureira to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the match, Real Cruzeiro FC's goalkeeper Andrézinho Mattos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andreas Huri. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andrézinho Mattos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Real Cruzeiro FC's Andrézinho Mattos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Real Cruzeiro FC from getting a goal against them. Elia Delfs received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Andrézinho Mattos came out and tried to block the shot, but Elia Delfs slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 89th minute. Real Cruzeiro FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
