When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Christian Baiano took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Oséias Dantas to make any attempt to save it. In the 12th minute, Agostinho de Carvalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th match minute, Papunhas EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabrício Carneiro to maneuver through the defense. After 17 played minutes Papunhas EC got a freekick which was hit by Agostinho de Carvalho. Frederico Negri struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Ismael Nazario Serre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Agroboys SM - CIMZ. 20 minutes into the game, Valdemar de Moraes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Oséias Dantas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 27 minutes into the match, Agroboys SM - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Valdemar de Moraes came free, but Oséias Dantas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oséias Dantas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdemar de Moraes in the 31st minute of the match. The supporters of Agroboys SM - CIMZ booed when Papunhas EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vítor Sampaio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oséias Dantas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christian Baiano went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. After 40 minutes Agroboys SM - CIMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marcel Pinho who took care of the corner kick. 44 minutes in the game, Valdemar de Moraes fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Oséias Dantas having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valdemar de Moraes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jardel Correia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oséias Dantas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Baiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 63 minutes Agroboys SM - CIMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marcel Pinho who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Agostinho de Carvalho heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The audience was convinced that Valdemar de Moraes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oséias Dantas was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Cléberson Munhoz hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute, Valdemar de Moraes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Papunhas EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Oséias Dantas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdemar de Moraes in the 81st minute of play. Oséias Dantas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Baiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Valdemar de Moraes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oséias Dantas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Papunhas EC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
