João Augusto Simões showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdemar de Moraes in the 3rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in BEST FABIO F.C.'s zone, Valdemar de Moraes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Augusto Simões came out of the goal and Valdemar de Moraes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Juninho de Sena kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 6th match minute, BEST FABIO F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juninho de Sena to maneuver through the defense. When Jiang Liang Wei came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the BEST FABIO F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jiang Liang Wei couldn't finish the play. Juninho de Sena kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th minute Valdemar de Moraes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Augusto Simões saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, Gerald Guthrie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th match minute, BEST FABIO F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rene Sergi to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, BEST FABIO F.C.'s Edgar Heerdt got a free kick in the 18th minute. The audience was convinced that Valdemar de Moraes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Augusto Simões was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fritz Berghmans stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. João Augusto Simões made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christian Baiano in the 52nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agostinho de Carvalho got free with João Augusto Simões in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rene Sergi's late challenge caught a Papunhas EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rene Sergi helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Papunhas EC booed when BEST FABIO F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Sergi didn't get a good kick on the ball. BEST FABIO F.C.'s João Augusto Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Telmo Peres in the 58th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Papunhas EC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Garro came free, but Ismael Nazario Serre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Jiang Liang Wei ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ismael Nazario Serre was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. BEST FABIO F.C. made a substitution. Anaking Skywalker replaced Ronaldinho Ferreira. BEST FABIO F.C.'s Igor Gulak was substituted for Gerald Guthrie. Marcinho Fernandez hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Rene Sergi kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Valdemar de Moraes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. João Augusto Simões was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-3. BEST FABIO F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
