Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Antal Valentin kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC St. Pauli's Buach Byrne. Buach Byrne was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Buach Byrne having to interfere. Major Barna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Buach Byrne read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th match minute, FC St. Pauli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Enegren to maneuver through the defense. Buach Byrne took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Johannes Brandin came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the FC St. Pauli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johannes Brandin couldn't finish the play. Hungary's Antal Valentin got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Major Barna in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Buach Byrne prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. Buach Byrne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 40th minute of play. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Enegren, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 59th minute, FC St. Pauli's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Antal Valentin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 60 minutes into the game, FC St. Pauli's Emil Enegren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fodor Daniel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Major Barna received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Buach Byrne came out and tried to block the shot, but Major Barna slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 63rd minute. When Szekeres Tamas fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hungary's protests and gave Szekeres Tamas a yellow card for diving instead. Szekeres Tamas hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 74thth minute of the game Johannes Brandin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Balazs Lajos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of FC St. Pauli booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Katona Janos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Boris Ahlrot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Boris Ahlrot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 85 minutes into the match, FC St. Pauli's goalkeeper Buach Byrne had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Boros Benedek during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Boros Benedek kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boris Ahlrot, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 88th minute, Major Barna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Szekeres Tamas hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raik Ağın in the 93rd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Hungary defense, Emil Enegren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. The Hungary fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fodor Daniel should have stopped the shot. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. FC St. Pauli were victorious despite being under pressure from Hungary for much of the match.
