Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zak Crocker in the 6th minute of play. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zak Crocker in the 12th minute of play. A collision led to Hythe United Rangers getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Cody Wilson hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hythe United Rangers's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Janes Van Huruck came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Damien Letheren kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Janes Van Huruck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 29th minute of play forced Hythe United Rangers's goalkeeper Janes Van Huruck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Damien Letheren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Janes Van Huruck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Balazs Lajos in the 32nd minute of the match. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Rhys Wooding stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Rhys Wooding tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 53rd minute Tosh Higginson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Zak Crocker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tosh Higginson in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute Zak Crocker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 62 in the game by Antal Valentin from a close distance when the talented Janes Van Huruck managed to make a qualified save. Hythe United Rangers's players were relieved. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. Janes Van Huruck made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. In the 72ndth minute of the game Tosh Higginson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Balazs Lajos got free with Janes Van Huruck in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 76th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hegedus Henrik to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute Tosh Higginson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damien Letheren's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Damien Letheren helped the player get up and apologised. In the 91st match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Major Barna to maneuver through the defense. The Hungary supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Hungary would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
