Holger Vennerlund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Danilo Loyola's late challenge caught a Gnesta Oilers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Danilo Loyola helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Gnesta Oilers booed when Green Squad FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danilo Loyola didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute Leonardo Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Holger Vennerlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 25th minute by Lars Hammarberg got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Kasper Vallman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Ubaldo Fillol made a huge save. Per-Åke Lundgren succeeded in the game's 34th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. In the 38th minute of the match Erik Lundqvist sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ubaldo Fillol skillfully saved the ball. 39 minutes into the game, Green Squad FC's Igor Neto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Holger Vennerlund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonardo Barros in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Holger Vennerlund saved Gnesta Oilers from getting behind. 45 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gnesta Oilers's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leonardo Barros was slow to take the kick. During this time Green Squad FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Willian Sousa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gnesta Oilers's Holger Vennerlund did a great save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Per-Åke Lundgren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Holger Vennerlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gnesta Oilers's Kasper Vallman got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute Kasper Vallman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Fillol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Willian Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute of the match Alfred Liljeström sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ubaldo Fillol skillfully saved the ball. Leonardo Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Green Squad FC's Sandrinho Barreto in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 93 minutes, Leonardo Barros made it 2-5 with a short kick to the right side. Gnesta Oilers's Holger Vennerlund tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Green Squad FC played a much better game than Gnesta Oilers and deserved their victory. The Gnesta Oilers players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
