Mateusz Kocieniewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tim Johnstone having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC's goal looked a bit too open when Carl Downes came free, but Mateusz Kloczko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute Mateusz Malewicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tim Johnstone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th match minute, MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfred Terasek to maneuver through the defense. Tim Johnstone came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC's Mateusz Malewicki. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carl Downes in the 34th minute of play forced MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC's goalkeeper Mateusz Kloczko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vinnie Backhouse kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 39th minute of the match Mateusz Kocieniewski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tim Johnstone skillfully saved the ball. In the 40th minute, Sid Francis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mateusz Malewicki hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Mateusz Kocieniewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tim Johnstone having to interfere. In the 48th minute, MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC's Mateusz Kocieniewski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tim Johnstone. Tim Johnstone yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mateusz Kocieniewski to make the kick off. If Alfred Terasek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Tigers's Tim Johnstone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateusz Kocieniewski in the 62nd minute of play. MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mateusz Kocieniewski in the 66th minute. The corner led MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC's Mateusz Kocieniewski to fire away a dangerous shot which Tim Johnstone despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.
