After taking down the ball on Gnesta Oilers's corner Alfred Liljeström fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rolando Merexildo quite easily take care of the ball. In the 92nd minute of the match, Virgilio Gauargi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Holger Vennerlund was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Gnesta Oilers's attentive Birger Skoglund managed to snatch the ball when Francisco Onbera made a throw-in in the 96th minute of the game. The Gnesta Oilers fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. PGE FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
