With an extended leg and a bit of luck Antonín Škoda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Zbyszko Szkaradek hit a great ball. 7 minutes into the match, ECS FK's Basarab Bîlbă sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mateusz Kloczko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Basarab Bîlbă's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mateusz Kloczko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. The supporters of ECS FK booed when MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateusz Malewicki didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC's zone, Milutin Mrenović stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mateusz Kloczko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 20thth minute of the game Basarab Bîlbă who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC's Mateusz Kloczko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After taking down the ball on ECS FK's corner Milutin Mrenović fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mateusz Kloczko quite easily take care of the ball. After some careless play in the MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC defense, Milutin Mrenović kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mateusz Kloczko. The MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mateusz Kloczko should have stopped the shot. When the match was over ECS FK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC throughout the match.
