Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Gilmar Couto started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 2 played minutes Botafogo MZRJ got a freekick which was hit by Anderson Barral. After a rather tough play, Maspa Chavexian 08's Xesus Estefania got a free kick in the 4th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Maspa Chavexian 08's zone, Anderson Barral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vennancio Concepcion came out of the goal and Anderson Barral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vennancio Concepcion made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anderson Barral in the 18th minute of play. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Josué Matos advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-2 in the 19th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Gilmar Couto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Botafogo MZRJ's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilmar Couto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vennancio Concepcion breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Maspa Chavexian 08 defense, Gilmar Couto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vennancio Concepcion. The Maspa Chavexian 08 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vennancio Concepcion should have stopped the shot. 29 minutes into the match, Gilmar Couto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vennancio Concepcion. Maspa Chavexian 08's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilmar Couto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Anderson Barral might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vennancio Concepcion. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anderson Barral ran back to his position shaking his head. Murillo Loureiro kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the game, Gilmar Couto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Vennancio Concepcion was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Clemente Ascarza made a kick off. Maspa Chavexian 08's defense didn't have a chance, in the 52nd minute, when Gilmar Couto scored to the left of an out of position Vennancio Concepcion, making the score, 0-7. Vennancio Concepcion made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anderson Barral in the 56th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Botafogo MZRJ's Gilmar Couto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vennancio Concepcion. That made the score 0-8 after 57 minutes of play. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Gilmar Couto took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Vennancio Concepcion to make any attempt to save it. Vennancio Concepcion was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Gilmar Couto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gilmar Couto really showed his touch with that goal: 0-10. Anderson Barral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Vennancio Concepcion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gilmar Couto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vennancio Concepcion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilmar Couto in the 72nd minute of the match. Vennancio Concepcion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilmar Couto, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Gilmar Couto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vennancio Concepcion read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Anderson Barral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Vennancio Concepcion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vennancio Concepcion was out of position in the 81 minute of play, and Gilmar Couto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gilmar Couto really showed his touch with that goal: 0-11. In the 83rd minute, Guilherme Mazza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute, Gilmar Couto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vennancio Concepcion. The goal made the score 0-12. When Gilmar Couto came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Botafogo MZRJ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilmar Couto couldn't finish the play. The Maspa Chavexian 08 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Botafogo MZRJ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
