Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ciro Pellegrini made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the match, MILTON f.c.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Pellegrini came free, but Cliff Thomas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but León Argento advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-1 in the 5th minute. In the 10th minute Ciro Pellegrini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cliff Thomas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in MILTON f.c.'s zone, Ciro Pellegrini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cliff Thomas came out of the goal and Ciro Pellegrini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 14 minutes into the match, MILTON f.c.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Pellegrini came free, but Cliff Thomas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saverio Fidele didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Octavio Toribio went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 21 minutes into the game, Chelco FC's Ciro Pellegrini nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cliff Thomas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Ciro Pellegrini's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cliff Thomas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Ciro Pellegrini made a precise shot to the right of Cliff Thomas. MILTON f.c.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind MILTON f.c.'s goalkeeper Cliff Thomas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Chelco FC's Ciro Pellegrini got a free kick in the 30th minute. Saverio Fidele made an important save on a dangerous shot by Octavio Toribio in the 31st minute. In the 37th minute Ciro Pellegrini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cliff Thomas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciro Pellegrini in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cliff Thomas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Ciro Pellegrini put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Cliff Thomas. 46 minutes into the match, Ciro Pellegrini notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of MILTON f.c.'s Cliff Thomas. Cliff Thomas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Octavio Toribio was the one to do the kick off. Cliff Thomas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Pellegrini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luciano Tartalo charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luciano Tartalo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rogelio Fe was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 56th minute. Chelco FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a rather tough play, Chelco FC's Lambe Travieso got a free kick in the 61st minute. Chelco FC's Julian Silviano was substituted for Ciro Pellegrini. MILTON f.c.'s Alvaro Michael was substituted for Octavio Toribio. After 63 played minutes Chelco FC got a freekick which was hit by Lambe Travieso. In the 65th match minute, Chelco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lambe Travieso to maneuver through the defense. Luciano Tartalo made in the 68th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Samuel Moreno. Cliff Thomas came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Chelco FC's Julian Silviano. But to his dismay, Julian Silviano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. Cliff Thomas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Silviano in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Julian Silviano fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Cliff Thomas, passed just outside the right post. In the 74th minute, Julian Silviano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chelco FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-7. 82 minutes into the match, Chelco FC's Julian Silviano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cliff Thomas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Saverio Fidele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Onyewuchi Obikwelu in the 88th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, MILTON f.c.'s goal looked a bit too open when Julian Silviano came free, but Cliff Thomas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by MILTON f.c.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rigoberto Orixe was slow to take the kick. During this time Chelco FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Baldomero Rufio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but MILTON f.c.'s Cliff Thomas did a great save. In the 96th minute, Julian Silviano made a precise shot to the right of Cliff Thomas. MILTON f.c.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-8.
