In the 2nd match minute, The Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mitch Furniss to maneuver through the defense. The Tigers's Tim Johnstone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Pellegrini in the 6th minute of play. After 7 minutes The Tigers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Serafin Dabi who took care of the corner kick. Serafin Dabi made a great header on Chelco FC's corner, it was just that The Tigers's Tim Johnstone managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Tigers's goalkeeper Tim Johnstone, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 11 minutes into the match, Chelco FC's Ciro Pellegrini sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tim Johnstone narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 15 minutes into the game, Ciro Pellegrini cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Tim Johnstone was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinnie Backhouse in the 20th minute of play forced Chelco FC's goalkeeper Saverio Fidele to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Saverio Fidele successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 22 minutes of play, Chelco FC's Ciro Pellegrini made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tim Johnstone was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dave Joy made in the 28th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Owen Noble however managed to control. In the 30th minute of the match, Carl Downes got a very nice opportunity to score, but Saverio Fidele was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Saverio Fidele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carl Downes in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Tigers's goalkeeper Tim Johnstone, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 39 minutes into the match, Chelco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vinnie Backhouse came free, but Saverio Fidele reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 42 minutes The Tigers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Serafin Dabi who took care of the corner kick. Mitch Furniss kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ciro Pellegrini made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Ciro Pellegrini notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of The Tigers's Tim Johnstone. Tim Johnstone was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ciro Pellegrini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tim Johnstone having to interfere. The Tigers's Tris Hedges was substituted for Sid Francis. León Argento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chelco FC made a substitution. Godofredo Ugutz replaced León Argento. Julian Silviano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tim Johnstone read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Godofredo Ugutz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Tim Johnstone made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Silviano in the 69th minute of play forced The Tigers's goalkeeper Tim Johnstone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tim Johnstone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Silviano in the 71st minute of the match. When Chelco FC's Julian Silviano in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The crowd rose to their feet as Julian Silviano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tim Johnstone. That made the score 0-5 in the 82 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Silviano in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tim Johnstone saved The Tigers from getting behind. 92 minutes into the match, Julian Silviano notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of The Tigers's Tim Johnstone. Tim Johnstone was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 96 minutes The Tigers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner.
