Socavon FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ermengol Alberete was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sindo Porregimon was a little too slow when Bento Chandeiro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 1-1. A throw-in in the 25th minute of the game was made by Eugenio Baltuile with Anton Axelsson as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 28th minute Aioros FC were awarded a corner. Domingo Perón went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Aioros FC's corner Domingo Perón fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sindo Porregimon quite easily take care of the ball. Socavon FC's Sindo Porregimon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Socavon FC from getting a goal against them. Bento Chandeiro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sindo Porregimon came out and tried to block the shot, but Bento Chandeiro slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 35th minute. Beat Vid took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zhu Bin Xi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bento Chandeiro to make the kick off. After 57 played minutes Socavon FC got a freekick which was hit by Maciek Cash. 61 minutes into the match, Socavon FC's Ermengol Alberete sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Beat Vid narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 62nd minute, one of Socavon FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Socavon FC. A sloppy throw-in by Zhu Bin Xi in the 65th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Aioros FC's Fernando Hierro. In the 72nd minute, Bento Chandeiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aioros FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Socavon FC's Herbert Spencer was substituted for Thomás Pollack. Aioros FC's Beat Vid proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Aioros FC from getting a goal against them. In the 79th minute Bento Chandeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sindo Porregimon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Beat Vid made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ermengol Alberete in the 95th minute. The corner led Socavon FC's Fehmi Erdemer to fire away a dangerous shot which Beat Vid despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Socavon FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Aioros FC.
