In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ríver Late's goalkeeper Geovani de Salles, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leopoldo Jacinto Luque in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zhuang Xing Tian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Geovani de Salles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Luar in the 6th minute of the match. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ríver Late's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Freddie Mercurio was slow to take the kick. During this time Loco Team FC's players had a chance to rest. Geovani de Salles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavino Luar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the match, Gavino Luar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Geovani de Salles. Ríver Late's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gavino Luar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Geovani de Salles made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Gavino Luar sent off a good shot on target. Leopoldo Jacinto Luque sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 16 minutes into the match, Loco Team FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Jacinto Luque came free, but Zhuang Xing Tian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Luar in the 26th minute of play forced Ríver Late's goalkeeper Geovani de Salles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geovani de Salles came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Loco Team FC's Gavino Luar. But to his dismay, Gavino Luar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 38th minute, Selatse Betances hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 40 minutes, Gavino Luar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Loco Team FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gavino Luar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Geovani de Salles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavino Luar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Loco Team FC were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after Ríver Late's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Freddie Mercurio took the corner. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Leopoldo Jacinto Luque made the kick off in the second half. A throw-in in the 53rd minute of the game was made by Freddie Mercurio with Gavino Luar as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Gavino Luar kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Loco Team FC made a substitution. Alberino Salgado replaced Inge Ahlquist. Ríver Late's Carl Skytt was substituted for Leopoldo Jacinto Luque. In the 57th match minute, Loco Team FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gavino Luar to maneuver through the defense. After 57 minutes, Espiridion Ascot mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ríver Late and the Loco Team FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carl Skytts short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Zhuang Xing Tian to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gavino Luar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Geovani de Salles read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. After 67 minutes Ríver Late's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Freddie Mercurio who took care of the corner kick. Herbert Kalinowski was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dolfo Clemente during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 69 played minutes Ríver Late got a freekick which was hit by Dolfo Clemente. Geovani de Salles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberino Salgado in the 71st minute of play. Ríver Late's Geovani de Salles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Luar in the 78th minute of play. Loco Team FC's Artur Modet was substituted for Hector Mateus. After 81 minutes Ríver Late's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eric Vandenberge who took care of the corner kick. Zhuang Xing Tian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Espiridion Ascot in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carl Skytt in the 89th minute of play forced Loco Team FC's goalkeeper Zhuang Xing Tian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90thth minute of the game Gavino Luar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ríver Late's Geovani de Salles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zhuang Xing Tian made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Carl Skytt sent off a good shot on target. In the 93rd minute, Carl Skytt made a precise shot to the right of Zhuang Xing Tian. Loco Team FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Loco Team FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
