The supporters of BESTIA GDAŃSK booed when Alemannia Aachen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. La Rat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leszek Huchro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valter Xabat in the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manfred Kottsieper in the 29th minute of play forced BESTIA GDAŃSK's goalkeeper Leszek Huchro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leszek Huchro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Müller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute Alemannia Aachen were awarded a corner. Manfred Kottsieper went to the cornerflag to take it. Lech Wawrukiewicz made a great header on Alemannia Aachen's corner, it was just that BESTIA GDAŃSK's Leszek Huchro managed to reach the ball for a save. With a little luck, Alemannia Aachen's Jess Carnduff got control of the ball when Albert Remus tried to sneak it across the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Albert Remus was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, BESTIA GDAŃSK's goal looked a bit too open when Mateusz Rydel came free, but Leszek Huchro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bengt Rosenbaum kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartosz Gad in the 53rd minute of play forced Alemannia Aachen's goalkeeper Jess Carnduff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But to his dismay, Bartosz Gad quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Valter Xabat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Leszek Huchro made a huge save. BESTIA GDAŃSK's Leszek Huchro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateusz Rydel in the 61st minute of play. In the 64th minute Thomas Müller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leszek Huchro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jess Carnduff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Remus in the 66th minute of play. Leszek Huchro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valter Xabat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the match, BESTIA GDAŃSK's goal looked a bit too open when Manfred Kottsieper came free, but Leszek Huchro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 72 minutes, Lukasz Ankiewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BESTIA GDAŃSK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lukasz Ankiewicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Janusz Pieprz hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After 79 played minutes BESTIA GDAŃSK got a freekick which was hit by Szymon Maziarski. 84 minutes into the match, Bartosz Gad had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jess Carnduff. Alemannia Aachen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bartosz Gad was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. If Thomas Müller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the match, BESTIA GDAŃSK's goalkeeper Leszek Huchro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valter Xabat. 94 minutes into the match, Alemannia Aachen's goal looked a bit too open when Bartosz Gad came free, but Jess Carnduff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute, Thomas Müller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew the final whistle, BESTIA GDAŃSK could leave the field as winners, despite Alemannia Aachen having more of the ball for most of the match.
