In the 11th minute Edward Huyghebaert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Leiria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, João Vítor Porto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 20 played minutes SLB TELHA got a freekick which was hit by Adão Maia. Bernardo Leiria came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by ITAFUT 4EVER's Edward Huyghebaert. But to his dismay, Edward Huyghebaert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Bernardo Leiria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Huyghebaert in the 35th minute of the match. ITAFUT 4EVER's Jardel Baggio was substituted for Edward Huyghebaert. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Bernardo Leiria made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Jardel Baggio sent off a good shot on target. With an all-out effort, ITAFUT 4EVER's Bernardo Leiria threw himself towards the right post 62 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Flavius Postelnicescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 65th minute, ITAFUT 4EVER's Jardel Baggio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. ITAFUT 4EVER made a substitution. Sidney Bertassi replaced Sebastião Henriques. ITAFUT 4EVER's Jardel Baggio got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernardo Leiria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jardel Baggio in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Hugo Tomé hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the match, ITAFUT 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Valério Vilaça came free, but Nilson Peres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SLB TELHA were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after ITAFUT 4EVER's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adão Maia took the corner. 91 minutes into the game, Jardel Baggio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bernardo Leiria. Jardel Baggio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. ITAFUT 4EVER's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
