Carlo De Luca was slow to take the kick. During this time Sorci Viola's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Sorci Viola's Carlo De Luca to fire away a dangerous shot which Fulvio Pietropaolo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to A.C.Toro29 getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Enak Saja hit a great ball. Carlo De Luca took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fulvio Pietropaolo. A.C.Toro29's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fulvio Pietropaolo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvise Urbani, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Sorci Viola's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Medero came free, but Armando Bonelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Armando Bonelli successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Cesare Loreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Armando Bonelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Medero in the 52nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antoni Olejasz in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Armando Bonelli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fulvio Pietropaolo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesare Loreto in the 54th minute of the match. Cesare Loreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sorci Viola's goalkeeper Armando Bonelli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ciro Furia in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armando Bonelli saved Sorci Viola from getting behind.
