Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Momo Boumedienne made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Momo Boumedienne in the 5th minute of play forced Fc Kertzfeld's goalkeeper Helmut Lossimäe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Poggi came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Fc Kertzfeld's Wesley Donato. But to his dismay, Wesley Donato quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Jean-Marc Kazmierczak might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Helmut Lossimäe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jean-Marc Kazmierczak ran back to his position shaking his head. 18 minutes into the match, Fc Kertzfeld's goalkeeper Helmut Lossimäe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jean-Marc Kazmierczak. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fc Kertzfeld's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Thierry Lhermite was slow to take the kick. During this time U21 France's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Thierry Lhermite got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Helmut Lossimäe quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Helmut Lossimäe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thierry Lhermite in the 24th minute of the match. Charles Bernot hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 29 minutes into the match, U21 France's goal looked a bit too open when Wesley Donato came free, but Felix Poggi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute of the match, Jean-Marc Kazmierczak tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Helmut Lossimäe saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, U21 France's Hugo Châtelin got a free kick in the 34th minute. Felix Poggi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wesley Donato in the 35th minute of play. Felix Poggi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wesley Donato, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute Jean-Marc Kazmierczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Helmut Lossimäe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Helmut Lossimäe came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by U21 France's Thierry Lhermite. But to his dismay, Thierry Lhermite quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The supporters of U21 France booed when Fc Kertzfeld was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alix Poulain didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wesley Donato during the 48th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 48 played minutes Fc Kertzfeld got a freekick which was hit by Wesley Donato. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Wesley Donato made the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute Jean-Marc Kazmierczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Helmut Lossimäe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute U21 France were awarded a corner. Thierry Lhermite went to the cornerflag to take it. Arthur Piret was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After 67 minutes, Faouzi Duclos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the U21 France and the Fc Kertzfeld players grew even worse after the yellow card. Evan Dard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fc Kertzfeld's Paul-Henri Michalet was substituted for Alix Poulain. 78 minutes into the match, Thierry Lhermite notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Fc Kertzfeld's Helmut Lossimäe. Helmut Lossimäe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fc Kertzfeld's Iurie Mardare was substituted for Wesley Donato. Helmut Lossimäe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Léon Cailleaux in the 83rd minute of play. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fc Kertzfeld's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. U21 France's Evan Dard was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Helmut Lossimäe in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Léon Cailleaux might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Helmut Lossimäe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Léon Cailleaux ran back to his position shaking his head. Helmut Lossimäe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Léon Cailleaux, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnaud Clément kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Felix Poggi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iurie Mardare's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. U21 France fully deserved thier win.
