Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Iván Leguizamón started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Robustiano Bautista ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcelo Barovero was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 9th minute, Balendín Tineo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 19th minute, Fabricio Txeru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute of the match Gustavo Albages shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcelo Barovero showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Marcelo Barovero made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Balendín Tineo sent off a good shot on target. Marcelo Barovero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robustiano Bautista in the 36th minute of the match. Marcelo Barovero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Albages, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Fabricio Txeru was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 45 minutes had been played. The supporters of C.D. Pepino’s booed when Maravilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabricio Txeru didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute of the match Gustavo Albages shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcelo Barovero showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gustavo Albages was the one to do the kick off. Lázaro Sobarzo struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Marcelo Barovero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.D. Pepino’s. Marcelo Barovero came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by C.D. Pepino’s's Gustavo Albages. But to his dismay, Gustavo Albages quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 57th minute, Roque Iratzeder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the game, C.D. Pepino’s's Robustiano Bautista nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcelo Barovero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 64 minutes into the game, Robustiano Bautista cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Marcelo Barovero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Robustiano Bautista came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the C.D. Pepino’s fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robustiano Bautista couldn't finish the play. Adriano Stuven hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Maravilla's Marcelo Barovero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robustiano Bautista in the 80th minute of play. After 82 played minutes Maravilla got a freekick which was hit by Iván Leguizamón. Marcelo Barovero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Albages, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robustiano Bautista's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelo Barovero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. José Javier Astete sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 89 minutes into the match, Maravilla's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Albages came free, but Marcelo Barovero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcelo Barovero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo Albages, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Gustavo Albages sped through Maravilla's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marcelo Barovero. When the referee ended the match the C.D. Pepino’s players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
