An unexpectedly hard shot by Sami Zübeyr in the 30th minute of play forced A4p FC Gad's goalkeeper Glenn Fyfe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when James Batistuta got free with Tristan Falco in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tristan Falco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Damião, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

After a rather tough play, FC Maci -MM-'s Igor Czapski got a free kick in the 55th minute. A4p FC Gad's Anfilogino Manzi was substituted for Erasmo Damião. Tristan Falco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from James Batistuta in the 70th minute of the match. In the 77thth minute of the game Flavius Cândroveanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Maci -MM-'s Tristan Falco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tristan Falco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from James Batistuta in the 78th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, FC Maci -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when James Batistuta came free, but Tristan Falco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 80 minutes, James Batistuta made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. FC Maci -MM-'s Tristan Falco tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Maci -MM- made a substitution. Emanuel Lasker replaced Răzvan Stanomir. In the 85th minute Flavius Cândroveanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tristan Falco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A4p FC Gad's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
