Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute, Jeremias Marko fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. A collision led to Scotland getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Fletcher Main hit a great ball. When Jeremias Marko came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Los Muñes de Don Cuco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeremias Marko couldn't finish the play. Jack MacKinnon kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Scotland's zone, Ambrosio Mateus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexander Higgins came out of the goal and Ambrosio Mateus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Scotland's Robert McNeill got a free kick in the 8th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Kian MacGregor in the 16th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Silvestre Gaztea. If Jeremias Marko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cecilio Bernad could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Alexander Higgins made a huge save. In the 23rd match minute, Scotland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zac O'Donnell to maneuver through the defense. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Ambrosio Mateus shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 24th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Alexander Higgins but with some difficulty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Marko in the 28th minute of play forced Scotland's goalkeeper Alexander Higgins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Jeremias Marko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alexander Higgins narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jeremias Marko in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexander Higgins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ambrosio Mateus in the 33rd minute. The corner led to Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Silvestre Gaztea getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Jeremias Marko kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alexander Higgins. That made the score 1-0 in the 36 minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cecilio Bernad to make the kick off. Alexander Higgins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cecilio Bernad, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Los Muñes de Don Cuco's zone, Robert McNeill stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan-Olof Mickelsson came out of the goal and Robert McNeill tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alfredo Barros hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Jeremias Marko got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jeremias Marko might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alexander Higgins. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jeremias Marko ran back to his position shaking his head. Scotland's Alexander Higgins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremias Marko in the 67th minute of play. After 82 played minutes Scotland got a freekick which was hit by Ashton Nelson. Alexander Higgins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cecilio Bernad in the 83rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Jeremias Marko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeremias Marko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexander Higgins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Scotland defense, Jeremias Marko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexander Higgins. The Scotland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexander Higgins should have stopped the shot. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
