River CBBA's Cipriano Abechuco was substituted for Varis Birgelis. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Herbert Mindykowski to make the kick off. River CBBA's Juan Funes saw an opening behind the goalie Ramon Agurto in the 76thth minute and tried to shoot past into the top right corner, but with great reflexes Ramon Agurto with one arm managed to save the shot in the last secound. River CBBA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cipriano Abechuco in the 77th minute. The corner ended in Cipriano Abechuco almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Flamengo de San Blás's Ramon Agurto did a great save. Flamengo de San Blás:s Ramon Agurto showed great skill when he stopped Juan Funes:s penalty. After a rather tough play, Flamengo de San Blás's Gheorghe Hagi got a free kick in the 84th minute. Flamengo de San Blás's Leonidas Aizprua was substituted for Fidel Frederik. In the 85th match minute, Flamengo de San Blás was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gheorghe Hagi to maneuver through the defense.
