Fabrizio Catapano came out of the goal and Pedro Villalaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 11 minutes into the match, ORION F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Werner Colvin came free, but Dadhyan Rudrappa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Villalaz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Fabrizio Catapano made a huge save. Dadhyan Rudrappa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicemte Abancens, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Chuquisaca's goalkeeper Fabrizio Catapano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedro Villalaz. With a little luck, Chuquisaca's Fabrizio Catapano got control of the ball when Pedro Villalaz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Werner Colvin struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Dadhyan Rudrappa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chuquisaca. Chuquisaca's Fabrizio Catapano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Villalaz in the 39th minute of play. Alexander Murillo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Fabrizio Catapano firmly grabbed it by the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pedro Villalaz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fabrizio Catapano came out of the goal and Pedro Villalaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dadhyan Rudrappa made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Werner Colvin sent off a good shot on target. ORION F.C.'s Dadhyan Rudrappa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save ORION F.C. from getting a goal against them. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by ORION F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vicemte Abancens was slow to take the kick. During this time Chuquisaca's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Chuquisaca's Vicemte Abancens to fire away a dangerous shot which Dadhyan Rudrappa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 71st minute, España Barajas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of ORION F.C. booed when Chuquisaca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cyprian Soroka didn't get a good kick on the ball.
