The ball went over the crossbar instead. Korona Kielce's Raimo Ülend played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vaggelis Pavlidis in the 13th minute of play. In the 15thth minute of the game Alex Macedo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vęgoria Team's Bogdan Pilarski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcin Kaczmarek in the 18th minute of play forced Vęgoria Team's goalkeeper Bogdan Pilarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vaggelis Pavlidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Raimo Ülend tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st play minute Vaggelis Pavlidis came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Raimo Ülend. 1-0. In the 25th minute Vaggelis Pavlidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimo Ülend saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Korona Kielce's goal looked a bit too open when Vaggelis Pavlidis came free, but Raimo Ülend reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bogdan Pilarski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Macedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Raimo Ülend stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vaggelis Pavlidis's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Bogdan Pilarski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Macedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute Alex Macedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Pilarski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vaggelis Pavlidis in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raimo Ülend prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Korona Kielce's Marcin Kaczmarek got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The wind increased when Vaggelis Pavlidis made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Alex Macedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Korona Kielce's supporters rose to their feet, but Alex Macedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bogdan Pilarski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alex Macedo got free with Bogdan Pilarski in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Vaggelis Pavlidis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vęgoria Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Vaggelis Pavlidis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raimo Ülend breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Korona Kielce made a substitution. Seb Hedges replaced Alex Macedo. Korona Kielce's Niculae Biriș managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alf Palm in the 75 minute of the game. After 78 played minutes Seb Hedges rounded Vęgoria Team's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Seb Hedges in the 83rd minute of play forced Vęgoria Team's goalkeeper Bogdan Pilarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cornelio Ourente during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 89th minute, Cornelio Ourente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 91 minutes Vęgoria Team's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ray Atkins who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Korona Kielce's corner Ray Atkins fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bogdan Pilarski quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Korona Kielce booed when Vęgoria Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Szczepan Fiszer didn't get a good kick on the ball.
