Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Eduard Ecobescu made the kick off and thus started the match. Florin Ababei took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lyonel Fossati. Lyonel Fossati dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Eduard Ecobescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lyonel Fossati having to make a save. After 6 minutes of play, Deville's Florin Ababei made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lyonel Fossati was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Deville's Emanuel Coșeriu got a free kick in the 11th minute. Eliodor Curcă made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Simon Di Luca sent off a good shot on target. If Florin Ababei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Deville booed when Forel SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lionel Rinert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lyonel Fossati made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florin Ababei in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Manole Lupescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 25 played minutes Forel SC got a freekick which was hit by Lionel Rinert. A collision led to Deville getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Manole Lupescu hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Eduard Ecobescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deville's supporters rose to their feet, but Eduard Ecobescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lyonel Fossati breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eduard Ecobescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lyonel Fossati having to interfere. Francisco Wildhabers short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Eliodor Curcă to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Forel SC's Lionel Rinert got his second yellow card of the match in the 39th minute. The referee ordered Lionel Rinert off the ground. After 40 played minutes Forel SC got a freekick which was hit by Lionel Rinert. After a defensive mix-up in Forel SC's zone, Eduard Ecobescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lyonel Fossati came out of the goal and Eduard Ecobescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The audience was convinced that Leopoldo Muench's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eliodor Curcă was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Florin Ababei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lyonel Fossati having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eduard Ecobescu in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lyonel Fossati prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Forel SC's zone, Florin Ababei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lyonel Fossati came out of the goal and Florin Ababei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Deville booed when Forel SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Fridli didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute, Iosif Frățilă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Forel SC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Derek Bögli hit a great ball. Eduard Ecobescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Lyonel Fossati tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Forel SC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Deville were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
