With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Carlos Andrade prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 34thth minute of the game Krakaca Neto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bene Animatus's Juvenal Talló was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Futuros FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pedro Luís Furtado in the 35th minute. Oscar Macedo tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Juvenal Talló. The Juvenal Talló was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Futuros FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
