Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Osmar Teles made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Austria's goalkeeper Fabio Auer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Osmar Teles. Fabio Auer came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Muppet FC's Osmar Teles. But to his dismay, Osmar Teles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Osmar Teles might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabio Auer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Osmar Teles ran back to his position shaking his head. Marc Kronecker hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute, Donato Corelli reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fabio Auer. The goal made the score 2-0. Osmar Teles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Auer having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Osmar Teles dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fabio Auer, 3-0. Fabio Auer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Donato Corelli in the 28th minute. Osmar Teles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fabio Auer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Osmar Teles went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 43rd minute, Osmar Teles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabio Auer was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Marc Kronecker hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Donato Corelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sandro Galishoff to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Austria defense, Donato Corelli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabio Auer. The Austria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabio Auer should have stopped the shot. 69 minutes into the game, Muppet FC's Osmar Teles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabio Auer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. A collision led to Austria getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Marc Kronecker hit a great ball. Fabio Auer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osmar Teles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osmar Teles in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabio Auer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marc Kronecker kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Austria's goal looked a bit too open when Osmar Teles came free, but Fabio Auer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 84 minutes, Donato Corelli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Muppet FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donato Corelli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Muppet FC booed when Austria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nico Waismann didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute Osmar Teles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Auer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donato Corelli's late challenge caught a Austria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Donato Corelli helped the player get up and apologised. Osmar Teles struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Fabio Auer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Muppet FC. Muppet FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Austria for a fine match.
