Georg Hägg kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 5th minute, Georg Hägg made a precise shot to the right of Henry Wennerquist. Woopbongo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andy Hjortsberg in the 8th minute of play forced Arktis BoIS's goalkeeper Sixten Rönn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute Fred Söderlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henry Wennerquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 played minutes Woopbongo got a freekick which was hit by Max Pettersson. Olof Askelöf took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Henry Wennerquist. Woopbongo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Henry Wennerquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hannes Backlund in the 20th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Woopbongo's Sixten Rönn threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gustaf Trillkott, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gustaf Trillkott took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sixten Rönn. Sixten Rönn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. If Andy Hjortsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sixten Rönn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulf Lindgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sven Apelquist's late challenge caught a Woopbongo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sven Apelquist helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Arktis BoIS getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Sven Apelquist hit a great ball. In the 34th minute of the match Johan Mossberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sixten Rönn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Woopbongo's zone, Osvald Wahlström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henry Wennerquist came out of the goal and Osvald Wahlström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Woopbongo's Henry Wennerquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Söderlund in the 40th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Osvald Wahlström hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Sixten Rönn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andy Hjortsberg went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. 64 minutes into the match, Arktis BoIS's goal looked a bit too open when Alvar Alberg came free, but Sixten Rönn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Max Pettersson charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Max Pettersson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 65 played minutes Woopbongo got a freekick which was hit by Max Pettersson. Olof Askelöf took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Henry Wennerquist. Woopbongo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 71st minute Andy Hjortsberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixten Rönn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osvald Wahlström struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Henry Wennerquist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arktis BoIS. Sven Apelquist hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Andy Hjortsberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Arktis BoIS's Henry Wennerquist threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Georg Hägg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Arktis BoIS's Fred Söderlund got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Georg Hägg in the 92nd minute of play forced Woopbongo's goalkeeper Henry Wennerquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
